These terms govern your purchase from Mental Health Is Hott at mentalhealthishott.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We work to display products and pricing accurately, but errors can occur; if we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you and may correct it or cancel and refund the order.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or items that become unavailable) and will refund any amount charged.

Shipping

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual property

The Mental Health Is Hott name, designs, images, and site content are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
