Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order during the first run.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when you order, and another with tracking when it ships.

Delivery time

After processing, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking, delays & lost packages

Tracking is included in your shipping email. If a package is delayed, lost, or shows delivered but you can't find it, email zachary@mentalhealthishott.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
