Mental Health Is Hott ("we," "us") sells apparel at mentalhealthishott.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: zachary@mentalhealthishott.com.

Information we collect

• Order & contact details you provide at checkout: name, email, phone, and shipping address.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe on its secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Optional details you choose to share, such as Instagram and TikTok handles, so we can tag you in impact content when you ask us to.
• Basic technical data (e.g., your browser type) needed to serve the site securely.
• First-party storefront analytics such as pages and products viewed, stable site controls clicked, 25%/50%/75%/90% scroll depth, Add to Bag and checkout activity, verified purchases, device category, referrer hostname, and bounded campaign tags such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term.
• Anonymous visit identifiers used to calculate sessions and unique visitors. The session identifier lasts for the browser tab; the visitor identifier expires after seven days. Neither contains your name, email, social handle, address, or payment information.

How we use it

• To process and fulfill your order and send order, shipping, and support emails.
• To manage optional monthly support subscriptions and send related impact updates.
• To respond to questions and handle returns or exchanges.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To understand how the storefront performs, improve product pages and checkout, measure campaigns, and reconcile anonymous funnel activity with completed Stripe orders.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and first-party analytics storage), and our email provider for order notifications. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Cookies

We use first-party local and session storage to remember your shopping bag, short-lived anonymous visit identifiers, campaign attribution for the current tab, and your analytics choice. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Analytics retention

Raw first-party analytics events are automatically deleted after 90 days. Stripe and order records may be retained longer when needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. The private analytics dashboard displays aggregate and anonymous event data only.

Your choices

We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for first-party analytics. You can also exclude this browser from analytics at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing zachary@mentalhealthishott.com. We retain order records as needed for accounting and legal obligations.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
