• Order & contact details you provide at checkout: name, email, phone, and shipping address.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe on its secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Optional details you choose to share, such as an Instagram handle.
• Basic technical data (e.g., your browser type) needed to serve the site securely.

How we use it

• To process and fulfill your order and send order, shipping, and support emails.
• To respond to questions and handle returns or exchanges.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and our email provider for order notifications. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Cookies

We use minimal, functional storage (for example, to remember your shopping bag). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing zachary@mentalhealthishott.com. We retain order records as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
