Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returns & exchanges window

You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

How to start

Email zachary@mentalhealthishott.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (exchange for a different size, or return for a refund). We'll reply with instructions.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong piece, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is free, so there's nothing to refund there.

Monthly support

The optional $5/month therapy support add-on is a recurring contribution, not an apparel purchase, so past monthly charges are not refundable. You can stop all future monthly charges any time by emailing zachary@mentalhealthishott.com. Canceling support does not affect any apparel order or its return window.
